Police Report November 2025

Police Scotland provides a monthly report covering incidents and advice for the SW Stirling rural area.

For the Strathblane area, the report says:

Antisocial Behaviour

A vandalism has been recorded after damage was caused to the door of a metal shed within the grounds of the primary school. The CCTV has been reviewed but unfortunately nothing evidential was captured and this remains undetected.

Fraud

A fraud had been recorded after a resident was contacted by someone purporting to be from their bank and coerce the victim to purchase and send numerous gift cards to the suspect.

Road Traffic

A vehicle struck a steel barrier at the Auchineden estate causing damage before leaving the scene.

Assault

An assault has been recorded after a youth was placed in a head lock by another youth that was known to them. causing slight injury. Enquiries are ongoing and there is no further risk to the wider community.
