The first approach should always be made to Stirling Council roads department at https://www.stirling.gov.uk/roads-transport-and-parking/roads-and-pavements/ . If you feel you are not getting results, then contact the Strathblane Community Council. On the whole, however, the council do seem to be quite responsive to issues raised, so you are not wasting your time contacting them. The Strathblane Community Council is not in a position to be involved in every matter raised.
